Learn how to make your own homemade applesauce and can it in a waterbath canner.

Ingredients

-Apples -Apple juice or cider -Food mill or strainer -Knives, pots, cutting boards

Step 1

Wash apples and cut them into 1/8ths.

Place the apples in a large pot with some apple juice at the bottom. Cover and cook until soft.

Step 2

Strain the soft apples through the strainer or food mill.
