9 Ways to Preserve Peppers

Peppers are very versatile when it comes to preserving. All methods of preserving can be used for both sweet and hot peppers.

Freezing is the easiest way to preserve peppers. All you do is chop and freeze!

Freezing:

Peppers are easily dried. You can dry them whole, chopped, or make powder!

Dehydrating:

Peppers aren't acidic, so if you water bath can them you should pickle them.

Canning:

You can also make peppers into sauces or salsas and then preserve.
